Not immune to failure

Hey. Today I decided to blog from my celly since I’m at my flight gate extra early today. This could be scary! I’m absent of spell check! LOL!

Today I’m feeling extra greatful for a God that totally understands the ups and downs of walking after the spirit. I do my best in not trying to present a false image of perfection in my daily walk. I just became youth pastor at my home church and I tell the young folks all the time, “Don’t assume that just because I’m saved, and I’m a leader, that I don’t make mistakes, cause I do!”

I’m far from proud of my short-comings, but nevertheless, we have a God that won’t love you any less because of it.

When you make a truce with your sins, you’re setting yourself up for fire and Brimestone. So I say boldly to my sins. I HATE YOU! AND IF YOU WERE A PHYSICAL PERSON I’D PUNCH YOU SQUARE IN THE JAW, PUT YOU IN A CHOKE HOLD, AND SQUEEZE UNTILL YOU STOP BREATHING!

I don’t care how many times we meet, I’ll always feel the same about you. Thank you Jesus for spilling your blood on my behalf. I’ll never stop trying to be just like you.

Keep your head up, and never make peace with your sinful nature.

We will fall, some harder than others, some longer than others..But what really matters is what we do after we have fallen.Do we still down in the dups or do we reach out and cry to The Father??
If we honestly cry out with a contrite heart, He will not fail to pick us up..
That is why God sadi “My Grace Is Sufficient”.
